SV Optical Inc. Laboratories and Supplies Policies

1)      Payment

·        To obtain the discounted web pricing, payment must be received no later than the 15^th of the month.

·        Payment received after the 15^th will no longer be subject to the web pricing discount.

·        Payment received after the 30^th of the month is subject to a 2% late fee (18% annually). The account will then be placed on hold.

2)      Warranty

·        A credit will apply for unused stock lenses in the original packaging only within thirty days of the original invoice. A 20% restocking fee will apply to the returned goods

·        The non-adaptive warranty only applies to selective Progressive Lenses. The returned lens can be substituted with a different design or a credit will be applied to your account with the return of the lens along with the original invoice within sixty days of the purchase. A 20% service charge applies to the new order.

·        There will be a 20% discount on doctor’s change of prescription upon return of the lens with the original invoice number

·        If there are any problems, (damages, incorrect prescription, wrong power lenses, ect.) with the order, we will gladly accept the return and credit your account after inspection of the returned lens.

·        All the entry errors are the sole responsibility of the client, although you can inform us with a phone call and we will try our best to meet your request.

3)      Breakage

·        Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a warranty against breakage or chips on our uncut lenses finished elsewhere except lenses whose warranty is covered by the manufacturer.

·        Prices are subject to change without notice.
